Life After Graduation.

Life after graduation could be confusing both to those with/out plans. Some get jobs easily (with high or low salaries), some keep submitting CVs while others choose to start up something for themselves.

As usual, I will go straight to the point.

For the boys especially, once you have graduated from university, leave behind you;

· Those school friends that won’t add anything positively to your life (trouble makers that would bring trouble and are also ready to fight for you, you don’t need troubles anymore. #leavethembehind.)

· Over spending. (No more buying unnecessary clothes and shoes and the likes, you need to start saving)

· Comparison: we are all different. Stop the comparison. Focus daily on your dreams. True, some friends would make it before you, get employed in multinational companies, drive expensive cars and all…! Your time would surely come. STAY FOCUSED.

· Many girlfriends (stop womanizing): Sincerely, most girls nowadays would make you forget your dreams. They will make you shy of becoming what you truly want to be. Imagine if you would like to have a hand work like plumbing or fashion designing, you would be discouraged thinking they will laugh at you when they find out.. Also, it’s very expensive having many girlfriends, you spend a lot (it might not really be money though), you may not really know.

· Fear: You are becoming a man, you need to take better risks.

· Procrastination: Do what you have to do now.

· Religion: Yes, religion! Leave it behind but believe in your god.

If you know you have financial support from your family members until a certain time, would advise you don’t work for little salary except you need the experience to start-up your own. Build yourselves up. Get hand works, learn how to use different software and hardware. You can make money being on your own. This piece is for majority of the people. (you know, majority of Nigerians are poor.)
